Great Britain was in the war against Germany all by herself and to survive, she needed the help of America. But many Americans were opposed to entering the war (before Pearl Harbor). Learn how British spies in the US were successful in changing this opinion and getting America to provide resources for the battle against the Nazis. West will cover deception and propaganda operations against the US President, Congress, media, journalists, public opinion and opinion polls.

She will discuss the deception of the Viet Cong, CIA/SOG operations and the “Lost Commandos”, Hollywood’s unwitting role in the deception, and what “Axis Sally” and “Tokyo Rose” had in common with “Hanoi Jane”.
