Deposit and Final Payment:

Cancellation Policy:

Loss of deposit for any cancellation after booking up to $250 per person. From 90 days until 75 days is loss of deposit (regardless of deposit amount). After final payment, cancellation policies are as follows: 75-46 days prior is 50%; 45-31 days prior is 75%; within 30 days is full penalty. Percentages apply to total cost of tour including any air adds.

Documents:

You will receive documents approximately 10 days before your departure date. If you have two addresses, please clearly state which address you would like your documents sent at final payment.

We Highly Recommend Cancellation Protection:

Cancellation insurance begins at $36.00 per person and the premium is based on the total amount spent for your vacation and your age group. To cover yourself from any preexisting conditions we recommend purchasing insurance at the time of deposit. Insurance will cover loss of deposit and cancellation penalties. Insurance will automatically be placed on your invoice. Coverage will not be in place until payment is rendered.

Transportation:

Private pickup is offered when your group reaches a minimum of 20 passengers at one approve location (excluding Princess Cruises). If your group does not reach 20 passengers transportation is still offered from the above central pickup locations. No credit or refunds will be issued for transportation not used. All Aboard Travel is not responsible for changes in pickup locations or times. Some custom pickups may require more than 20 passengers.

Proof of Citizenship:

A valid passport is your best form of proof of US citizenship. Most cruises leaving the United States will accept a raised seal birth certificate with a photo ID (drivers license). A Visa may be required for some international destinations. If you are not a US citizen you must check with your consulate office to insure proper documents. All Aboard Travel can provide you with the phone numbers. All Aboard Travel will not be responsible for proper proof of citizenship, Visa, vaccinations or any fees associated with such documentation or inoculations.

Responsibility:

The responsibility of All Aboard Travel is strictly limited. As an operator we sell the services of cruises, hotels, restaurants, airlines, attractions, etc. The operator is not responsible for any intentional or unintentional actions or omissions by suppliers. All Aboard Travel reserves the right to substitute any services of similar or equal quality. All Aboard Travel cannot be responsible for circumstances, causes, effects, weather, strikes, bankruptcy, etc. of supplies. It is absolutely clear that your acceptance of participation in this trip that All Aboard Travel cannot guarantee airlines, flight times, seat assignments, hotels, restaurants, shows, motorcoach vendors, etc. and unforeseen changes may occur in the future. Furthermore, you claims about any unforeseen changes has in no way any effect on your decision to cancel or in waiving cancellation penalties that will be imposed as a result of your cancellation. Departure taxes assessed by any city, state or country cannot be prepaid and will be each persons responsibility at the time of departure.
