Policy/Position regarding Refunds in Event of Travel Restrictions or Other Unforeseen/Adverse Impacts
A few have asked about our policy regarding refunds in the event a war in Iraqi runs into the Conference timeframe AND makes it unwise to travel/attempt to hold the Conference on the scheduled dates.
No one knows what the future holds of course, but in such an event we will reschedule the Conference, hopefully to a timeframe that is mutually convenient for the vast majority of us. We will refund the conference fee to those who can not make the rescheduled conference and tour. Hopefully it will not come to that.
