A block of rooms have been set aside for the period May 25 (arrival that day) to May 28, 03 (departing that day). This stay period can be extended (at the Conference rate) but please advise the hotel when booking initially, as your Russian Visa dates (as sponsored by the Hotel) must coincide with your length of stay at the hotel.
