Dan Mulvenna Dan Mulvenna was a Royal Canadian Mounted Police Security Service officer with 21 years experience in national counterintelligence and counter subversion programs. He held senior positions in the Soviet Operations (KGB and GRU) desk, the Illegals desk, as well as in the Counterintelligence Branch focusing on Russian intelligence operations.
